The AI generated description is not entirely accurate for a trailer this age. I am selling this for my daughter and son-in-law. They bought it to live in at our place and never got it set up due to medical reasons.

Things I know about it: the front landing gear does not raise the trailer as it should. They have used the crank to assist the motors, but that's a lot of effort. It appears the switch has been replaced a time or two.
The mentioned a possible water leak, I have not put any water pressure on it. When I get it moved closer to my shop I plan to put air to it and see if I can locate anything.
The slides work properly but I had to jump the batteries. Once again, I will plug it in when I get it near the shop.
