We have loved this coach and have taken the best care of it that we possibly can, and I believe it shows. This coach is in beautiful condition inside and out. The only reason that we are selling our coach is because I have gotten a job opportunity that requires me to live in a house onsite and I do not want to relegate it to storage. Newell Coach is the pinnacle of quality and luxury with each coach being custom built from the ground up at their factory in Miami, OK. This coach has a well documented history and has been well taken care of throughout its life.

3/25 - Original refrigerator replaced with stainless LG French Door model
4/25 - Replaced original inverter with Victron MultiPlus 2 3000W inverter/charger
9/25 - All new drive and tag tires - General HS2 16ply
9/25 - Oil change/fuel filters
12/25 - New Grohe thermo-element cartridge in shower
1/26 - Replaced entire Aquahot unit with Remanufactured unit from John Carrillo (HeatMyRV.com)
3/26 - Oil change, fuel filters and new belt on Generator
