Clean title and Carfax. Currently registered CA smog certified. New Roadmaster tires and Bilstein Shocks and front end and steering upgraded just a few years ago. Low miles and very sound mechanically, recently serviced. No leaks and appliances cabinets are in excellent shape
It is 29 years old and the original flooring and wallpaper should be replaced. The cabin water pump should be serviced or replaced. The Onan 4000 generator should be serviced. Exterior clear coat peeling in places. At my age the body is telling me to let someone younger take care of.
I am tempted to drive it cross country as is; I am sure it would do fine.
