Fixer upper in progress. This 18 Prowler was stripped down to the studs, and rebuilt in 2018. All damaged wood studs were replaced with new 2x2s. All electrical wiring replaced and overhead LED lighting installed. New aluminum panels and roof installed over new Rtech foam insulation.
Bathroom is outfitted with a Natures Head composting toilet. Shower/tub basin is new. Plumbing fixtures are not yet installed but come with the trailer.
Gas two-burner stovetop and propane water heater included but not yet installed.
Its livable but needs to be finished.
