This high-top van was custom built with a DIY conversion kit for all scenarios. It has a 4-cylinder gas engine and RWD. It has ¾ Baltic Birch cabinet construction throughout for superior strength while keeping weight down. All walls and ceiling are sound deadened in addition to being insulated. Floor is insulated with ½ foam and ¾ birch plywood, then topped with a durable TPO coin flooring. The flooring and wall upholstery in this van cover 100% of the surface, including behind the cabinetry, so, if you want to change the layout in the future, you can.

Bed folds up in minutes without motors or cables to create space to internally transport large and bulky recreational equipment. (motorcycle, surfboards, SUP, kayaks, etc.) It has a Thule manual awning that provides plenty of shade and 2" receiver for a bike rack, cargo carrier, or a trailer hitch.

The vehicle has everything required and storage space to live comfortably off grid. Refrigerator, water pump, water heater, electric cooktop, and interior lighting is powered with the onboard Yeti 1000x power station. Solar panels recharge Yeti power station, and the system is easily upgradable if you want to add solar panels and batteries to extend your off-grid time. Optionally, you can plug into shore power and have unlimited power. Dometic portable toilet (never used) and external shower unit provide creature comforts to outdoor living.
