Top of the line washer & dryer (separate!) plus a real dishwasher. Residential appliances. Excellent cooking oven (not like most RVs), 4-burner gas cooktop & 3-door Samsung residential refrigerator. We love to cook & this RV has a BIG kitchen, with large food pantry & plenty of cabinets for the your cookware & serving dishes. Deep, dual sink, coffee bar & dinette with real chairs.

This RV is so nice inside it's like a luxury apartment on wheels. It's glamping not camping. My wife & I have our own sinks in the large rear bathroom. I'm a big guy & the shower has real grown man room. Dual sliding shower door & fold down seat. RV equipped with instant hot water heater. You have hot water right now & for as long of a shower as your wife wants.

Three 80 gallon waste tanks all feed into one outlet with the Lippert Waste Master Sewer Management System. We added electric controls in place of the T-handle cable controls. Dumping is a breeze, even for a old guy like me.

Bed was a King. We downsized to a Queen to provide more walking room around both sides. Memory foam Queen mattress. Easily change back to a King if you desire. Large 2-sided, sliding door closet top to bottom. Dual clothing hanger racks in each. Large dresser provides plenty of clothing storage for a couple. TV in bedroom at perfect height & angle to watch in bed.

Riverstone Legacy is the only Forest River RV with 3" outer walls full of high-R insulation. This rig has 3 AC units, ducted as central air, which will cool it down quick, but all 3 won't be needed long. We've spent time in Arizona & Florida & always got our rig to 70-72°. There are two heating sources. Heat pumps in the AC & a gas furnace, ducted to all rooms.

This 39RBFL has a bath & a half, which was important to us. Our rear bath is private. With the half bath just off the kitchen, guests can go there & not need to go through our bedroom. The half bath is where the washer & dryer are. So they don't take up closet space like most floorplans. While we're on floorplans, you'll notice a LOT of 39RKFL Riverstone Legacy 5th wheels for sale. A LOT. Two reasons. One is they look awesome when buying, so they sell a lot. Then you learn everything in the back of the trailer BOUNCES on the road. Our rear bath bounces, but it doesn't cause problems like your dishes & cookware falling out of cabinets. The middle kitchen (over the wheels) doesn't have anything move around. We recently had it ceramic coated again. The RV also comes equipped with a state-of-the-art entertainment system. Outdoor cooking & entertaining is a breeze with this RV. Features an outdoor slide-out Blackstone brand dual burner griddle for cooking amazing breakfast, lunch or dinner. Complete slide-out bar with mixing table, storage drawer & refrigerator. We recently upgraded to the new stylish black aluminum 17.5" wheels rated for 25% higher trailer loads, as well as top of the top line Michelin semi-trailer tires. You will have no worries about tires or wheels, as so many of these heavy 5th wheels do. I made sure of it. The all wheel disc brakes stop this rig faster than my RAM Dually can stop itself. No exaggeration. We recently had a complete new roof added (I scrapped the roof on a tree limb) at a cost of $15,000. You're good for 10+ years.
