Offered for sale is our 2016 Winnebago Itasca Sunstar 30T, a 30-foot Class A motorhome powered by the Ford V10. This coach has 30,500 miles and is in exceptional mechanical and cosmetic condition.

Sleeping capacity is five adults, two in the main bedroom, two on the sofa pullout and one on the electric drop-down bunk. The bathroom is mid-ship and can be isolated from the front for privacy. Were non-smokers and we've not had pets in it. We originally purchased this motorhome to use into retirement, but our plans have changed.

Hydraulic leveling jacks are controlled from the drivers compartment and can level/ retract automatically or manually. The unit has two air conditioners, and all appliances are original and in good working order. The roof and awning are in very good condition. The generator is a Cummins Onan RV QG 5500 and has 79 hours on the clock. A reverse camera and turn signal cameras are fed through the audio head unit.

All tires are in excellent condition. Date codes for the rear tires (3819) indicates a manufacture date of September 2019 and front tires (0320) indicates manufacture date of January 2020. In preparation for the sale, the oil has been changed, the oil and air filters replaced, and the brake fluid has been flushed. In 2022 air bags were installed at each corner to improve the ride. All new batteries were installed May 2023.

The main mattress is memory foam, purchased in 2022. An A/V receiver and Blu-Ray disc player are installed and included in the sale.

The motorhome has a tow hitch and trailer wiring but weve never towed with it. A binder is included containing all the systems brochures, manuals, and cut sheets. The motorhome has a full tank of fuel and propane. Also included is a 30 fresh water supply hose, sewer hoses, and sewer hose support.
