Description
Lightweight fifth wheel in good working condition, approximately 8,200 lbs dry weight. The design places part of the bedroom over the truck bed, allowing this 33-foot fifth wheel to tow more like a shorter trailer while still providing good interior space.
Interior is clean and functional. Exterior has recently been washed and waxed. Roof seams, vents, and roof hardware were inspected and resealed this year using Dicor lap sealant.
This is a 22-year-old RV, so there is normal cosmetic wear consistent with age, but it has been maintained and is ready for trips. Suitable for weekend trips, seasonal camping, or longer stays.

One window area previously developed a small delamination bubble from a past seal issue. The window was removed, the area repaired, and the window properly resealed. The wall is solid and sealed, with slight cosmetic bubbling remaining where the Filon stretched. The area is localized to that window section and has remained stable.
Most appliances are working properly. The oven has not operated since we purchased the RV in 2019 and may need service. The stovetop burners operate manually.

Reason for Selling
We are no longer able to make our regular trips between Florida and Colorado and would like to see someone else get good use from it.
