2024 Aliner Scout with Dormer. *PERFECT CONDITION* used on only 5 local trips in the last year. Includes MANY upgrades that will go with the trailer. This trailer is ready to camp this weekend! You will not need anything. Less than 600 miles on the trailer since new. Well kept in a garage for most of it's life with me and has been outside while I have been cleaning it out.

Full size bed in the back from a couch and dinette folds to a standard bed in the front. Both are very comfortable. the DORMER in the front is over the dinette. You can sit normally at the dinette. NO Scrunching down to sit and eat your meals, play games or work on your laptop.

NOTE: This unit has NO propane. This unit has NO water, grey or black tanks. Nothing to leak or cause a problem down the road. I customized it with what I wanted and nothing I didn't need. If you are going to setup propane in the trailer, you must install a detector for propane and carbon dioxide.

15' in length. Factory Dry weight is 1586 lbs. and tongue weight is 168 lbs. These are slightly higher due to what I added below. This trailer fits in most standard garages.

* Roof has an installed Fantastic Fan moves air into and out of the trailer. 3 Speed unit
* Iceco JP40 Portable fridge and freezer. 12V and 120V. Includes all power cords, handles, etc. when it was new ($600). Uses controls on the unit or BT app on phone
* Includes all high quality water hoses, not the cheap camco ones. Includes filter but you will need a new one for this season.
* Includes original 30A power cord from Aliner
* Includes a new 30A surge protector
* Includes a 120V (15A) to 30A adaptor so you can plug in and use the camper on a standard AC outlet
* includes magnetic leveler and leveling blocks and wheel chocks
* Includes a USB-C USB-A converter on the top counter. Also has 2 AC outlets for a coffee maker, etc.
* Includes both inside and outside volt meters that I installed. You can monitor the battery voltage from both inside and inside the toolbox
