We have owned this unit for about a year and a half. It has been stored in Heber City, under cover at Strawberry Storage. It is mechanically sound and ready for the trail. It does have cosmetic hail damage on the roof and left side.

Includes a custom-built hinged mattress (less than one year old) designed specifically for the Basecamp layout. It has been used exclusively with a waterproof protector and is in pristine condition,
