The 2022 Roadtrek Zion is built on a Ram Promaster 35 extended chassis powered by a 280 HP 3.6L V6 engine with a 9-speed automatic transmission and front wheel drive. This 20 9 camper van features 400 AMP AGM lithium batteries, 300 solar, allowing for off grid camping. Driver assistance features include a rear view back up camera, blind spot monitoring, parking sensors and cruise control. Easy access is provided by slide out steps when the doors are opened.

A 5.9-gallon propane tank provides hot water on demand from a tankless water heater and efficient heating from a 16,000 BTU furnace. The fresh water tank holds 37 gallons; the grey water tank has a 22.8 -gallon capacity and the black water tank holds up to 10 gallons. The sewage disposal system consists of a 12V macerator sewage pump. The enclosed bathroom features a toilet, sink, shower and shower curtain.

The kitchen area has sink with a cover, an induction cooktop, microwave, 5 cu.ft. AC/DC refrigerator with freezer. A fold down counter top adds more work space. One lower cupboard has been modified in order to accommodate a trash container and the drawer for holding dishes and cooking utensils has been reinforced. Additional kitchen items include various tools and supplies and a dust buster. The cutlery drawer contains silverware, knives, bottle opener cork screw and more!

The closet is equipped with a folding shelf unit, and hangers. The TV has been upgraded. An A Lagun table system can be used at the front of the van or by the sofa. A remote-controlled ceiling fan is located in the kitchen area.

Heavy duty magnetic screens are on the rear and sliding doors, and a toddler or doggie door has been added to the side door.

Sleeping accommodations include a fold down sofa that can be used as single bed, or a king size bed can be made. Bedding is included for the single bed consisting of a heated mattress pad, sheets, pillows and a duvet.
The rear space holds the power cord for RV park hookup, an extension cord and plug to hook up to private residence, a clean water hose, a gas barbeque, a jack, a puncture sealant and portable air compressor, a folding chair, a squeegee, cleaning supplies, towels and more.

Outdoor amenities include a 13 -foot power awning, hand held shower with hot and cold water, propane tank and sewer disposal equipment.
