2021 1/2 Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108TB - just like new! Private Party (not a dealer). The 2021 1/2 has the 2022 graphics and was manufactured in Sept 2021. Has been out on only 3 short trips totaling less than 1,000 miles. Stored under roof cover most of the time. Senior citizen owned. Backup camera. Factory solar. Has slide-out topper, and ladder. 12 volt- 10 cubic foot fridge/freezer, and tv. Comes with over 1,500 dollars worth of accessories including weight distribution hitch, all 3 utility connections - water, sewer, electric (still have some of the boxes), mattress toppers, and dinette cushion covers (upholstery is perfect). Everything is original with no modifications (like new).

The twin beds function as very comfortable chase lounges during the day and the twins can be made into a king size bed if needed. The concise layout packs a lot of punch for a smaller RV - 4,040 lb dry weight and 435 lb tongue weight.

Highlights of the just like new items included are:

~Curt weight distribution hitch with sway control. We just used the hitch only without the bars since the Winnebago has a light dry weight and tongue weight. Bars never installed (see photos).

~Brand new exterior cover in an unopened box. Pair of wheel covers.

~Progressive brand Electrical Management System, portable (new). Not just a surge protector- it won't let faulty electrical go by, (rare but could happen), 30 amp cord, 50 to 30 amp dogbone cord converter (in case campground is 50 amp only).

~Hitch support (red round item in photos).

~Camco water pressure regulator, 25 feet of hose, water filter.

~15 feet of sewer hose with a sloping holder.

~Stabilizer jack pads, leveling blocks, 4 wheel chocks.
