RV Description
We are selling this 2020 Cedar Creek 37MBH rv that we used while we built our house. Purchased used so we are the 2nd owners. This is a 50 amp fifth wheel and is still plugged in currently. It has hydraulic auto leveling system for setup.
This floorplan is a mid-bunk fifth wheel layout with 4 slideouts. The kitchen slideout has a residential fridge with the bigger stove/oven. The living room slideout has a 50 inch tv with electric fireplace with a sleeper sofa and 2 power recliners. The midbunk slides out and is perfect for kids. The main bedroom slides out and we added an adjustable king bed in here with a separate clothes washer and dryer. Also has a tv mounted on the wall.
We added an on demand hot water heater with a 3 stage water filtration system. Also added a Victron battery charge controller for ground solar panels if you want to do some boon docking. RV is currently been winterized but still plugged in to keep everything powered up.
