This Vegas 27.7 has the maneuverability of a shorter motorhome with the floor plan and amenities of a larger one, and has the best layout of all the Axis/Vegas series. Many updates have been added for safety, driving convenience, and living improvements. All are included for a semi-turn key sale - just add your personal belongings & go camping! It features a very comfortable main living area with a cook-friendly ell shaped kitchen with a convection oven/microwave and 2 burner cooktop one induction & one propane. Plenty of storage has been added for cooking utensils, spices, etc. as well as additional towel bars, hooks, and baskets throughout the coach. The comfy jackknife sofa conveniently overlooks the TV over the 4 seat dinette. Both the dinette & sofa fold down to sleep 2 each, with an additional bed the lowers over the cab for 1 more. A Wingard satellite antenna and DISH Wally receiver are included for watching TV over the DISH network, and the TV can easily accept a Roko or FireStick for streaming services. The bedroom slide out in the rear has a very comfortable queen bed with updated mattress & pillow top, 2 windows for cross ventilation, and side shelves for storage. It also features a TV to watch & overhead storage. It can be curtained off for privacy. The bathroom shower curtain was replaced with a retractable rolling shower door and has a second bar for drying. Plenty of storage is provided. Hot water is by an on-demand electric HW heater. 300 watts of solar panels have been added with 2 new 100AH Lithium batteries for added convenience while boondocking. All 3 ventilation fans are Fantastic style multi speed, with rain covers. A Garmin RV760 RV specific GPS unit is included (much better for RVs than cell based mapping), and a TireMinder tire pressure monitoring system. The radio was replaced with a 9 Jensen receiver with SiriusXM, Apple Carplay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, etc. All 6 tires are 2 years old with 14,000 miles.
