The 2018 Forest River Sunseeker 3010DSF is a Class C motorhome built on a Ford E-450 chassis. It is known for its spacious layout featuring two slide-outs and a sleeping capacity for up to 8 people. 
Engine: Ford 6.8L Triton V10. 31,450 miles
Performance: 305 Horsepower and 420 lb-ft of Torque.
Transmission: 6-speed Automatic.
Towing Capacity: 7,500 lbs with a 7-pin connector. We flat towed a Lincoln MKX
Fuel Capacity: 55 Gallons. 
Length: 32 ft 3 in.

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): 14,500 lbs.
Fresh Water Capacity: 44 Gallons.

LP Tank Capacity: 9.8 Gallons (approx. 41 lbs). 

Slides: 2 power slide-outs (Living room and Bedroom). With awnings over the slides.
Sleeping Areas: Queen bed in the master suite, 60" x 80" cab-over bunk, and a convertible U-shaped dinette. Couch folds out to double size bed.
Kitchen: Includes a 3-burner propane range and oven, 1.3 cu. ft. convection microwave, and a 6 cu. ft. double-door refrigerator/freezer that works on both 12V or Propane.
Electrical/Systems: 4.0 kW Onan gas generator(new carburetor was installed summer 2025), 30,000 BTU propane furnace, and an electric 13,500 BTU ducted roof air conditioner with heat pump option.
Exterior: Power awning (15' 6") with LED light strip, outside shower, and large exterior storage compartments. 
Air Bag equipped rear end. Pressure monitors included for this monitoring.
Bigfoot Automatic Quadra Hydraulic Leveling system.

Artic Pack gray and black water tanks, along with heat tape on the main water line activates at 38-40F to keep from freezing.
Michelin Tires with 8,725 miles on them. Spare tire under the rear.
Lippert Sewage hose and connectors are included, perhaps the best most secure system I have used for RVs.
Wires and connectors to connect to Cable TV outlet on Coach. Directional inside TV antenna picks up over the air TV signals.
DVD/Sound system connects to Living room television. Outdoor television also connects but truthfully we never used it. Sound system is connected to 4 inside speakers and two awning speakers if you care to irritate your neighbors. Additional HDMI port has ability to link to phone to stream from phone.
Full Body Paint with mylar bras on the hood and over cab portion of the motorhome. Entire coach wash washed, waxed, detailed and ceramic coat applied August of 2025.
All 4 roof vents (front has powered fan, in addition to bathroom fan) have MaxAir type roof vent covers with protect from rain and hail entering coach in addition to aiding in good ventilation while driving.
We are selling out of RVing so we have many accessories that included in the purchase price.
iRV Braking system with includes, monitoring system with tire pressure monitors, on road battery monitoring of tow vehicle., emergency and normal braking unit for the tow vehicle and trickle charger for tow vehicle.
Blue Ox Tow Bar and all the items we can remove from the tow vehicle.
Additional 35 Gallon fresh water portable tank, along with pump system to aid in refilling while camping without moving the motorhome.
Portable Gray/Black Water tank along with dedicated pump system for removing gray water while camping without moving the motorhome. (Black water hasnt been tried). Extra long fresh and grey water hoses are included.
Surge protector and system checker for 50/30 amp connections. The motorhome runs on 30 amp, but adaptor cords for 50 to 30amp are included.
In addition to the 30 amp RV cord, an additional 50 foot 30 amp extension cord is included.
Propane kit is included that allows you to use small bottles for the motorhome without using your main tank to allow longer stays without moving to refill. The system also allows you to fuel a camp stove off of the camper/extra bottle system.
All exterior storage units have been upgraded to Non pickable cylindrical locks. All keyed the same. Main door has regular lock and deadbolt.
Front windows of cab have custom sized suction cup installed black out thermal curtains to insulate and make coach private.
Special tools to aid in tire removal if needed.
Full complement of cooking utensils and cookware is included.
Cushioned Lawn chairs that extend to lounge chairs.
Folding side tables.
Awning stabilization tie downs.
Known issues with the Coach:
Built in DVD player in Bedroom hasnt worked since day one.
Both side cameras that come on with turning only occasionally work, blog posts say its a common loose connection. Havent troubleshooted because I didnt feel the need for them.
Awning over living room slide was found to have a rip. New one has been made and will be installed before sale.
