RV Description
Correct trim is 40PKDD, RV trader would not allow that. 41 ft length, 2 slides, cherry wood, Recent Toyo tires, Cummins ISL with Allison trans, automatic air leveling, 4 door fridge with Amish cooling unit. Very well maintained with oil and filter changes, trans oil and filter changes, coolant filter replaced with every oil change, hydraulic oil and filter changes, chassis lubes at each oil change. Miles are from long trips, Florida, east/west coast, has never had a problem on the road.
I am the 2nd owner since 2007, always stored inside. Built on the Monaco Roadmaster "S" (Semi Monocoque) chassis. This was during the golden era of RV build quality. All water tanks are inside insulated compartments, each tank has a heating pad, the wet bay has a heater.
Front mounted 7.5 KW diesel generator on a hydraulic slide . There are settings to auto start / stop generator to maintain batteries.
Batteries are on slide out tray for easy access. Smart TV in front, digital TV in rear bedroom. Washer/dryer in bedroom. Front 15KBTU AC/Heat pump is near new, rear AC/Heat pump is 13500 BTU.
