Foretravel U270 4000 40' diesel coach (The trim options did not include the 40' model for some reason). Very clean and mechanically sound, kept in covered storage, no slides or leaks. I have repair and maintenance receipts back to 2010.

Interior Features: All hardwood cabinets and trim, Corian counter tops, dinette with chairs not bench seats, leather recliner, office/work desk, microwave convection oven combo, three burner stove, electric and gas water heater, electric and gas heat, two Dometic roof AC recently services, Norcold fridge (new 2018), washer/dryer combo, full house stereo system, carpet replaced with engineered flooring throughout, separate bathroom from vanity, cedar lined wardrobe, pillow top queen sized bed, LED lighting and decorative lamps throughout, ceiling fan in master, two TVs, tons of storage.

Basement Features: Full bay sliding storage tray, tool drawers, pass-thru basement, lights in all bays. Basement heat in service bays.

Mechanical/Electrical Features: 8.3l Cummins ISC engine, 6 speed Allison 3000 transmission with retarder, new LiFe-PO4 coach batteries, new engine batteries, tires newish no signs of checking, 10kW generator, new front windshields. ScanD engine monitor integrate into dash.

Recent Work: New bags all around 2018, power steering box rebuilt 2024, Synthetic transmission fluid, new cockpit air compressor, new fuel system 2024 (brand new OEM CAPS high pressure fuel pump and injectors) work done at Cummins repair facility, gen serviced, engine serviced. All maintenance work done by Keith Reich since I've had the unit 2023. All manuals included.
