RV Description
Very good shape for its age.I have had it since 2013. the box is 13ft and 15 ft including the tongue. weighs about 1500 lbs. I have made a few enhancements such as updated breaker box, counter top, installed shelves, installed a portable ac/heater in closet, no bathroom but a porta-potty fits in closet. tires are 1 year old, original scotty hubcaps, all the window cranks work, all windows are in great condition, the body is in good condition, under carriage is in good shape, bearings packed last year, all inside lights work. it is mostly original but there is some soft wood. the camper is 57 years old and it needs some attention. I know I am leaving out some details. oh there is a storage box attached to the tongue. good for tools, awning & poles. there is no propane everything runs on electricity and water. Marty's awning included. Tv with dvd player, microwave and refrigerator included. clean title for camper. serious inquiries only!!!!! $4,500 or best serious offer.
