This like-new off-grid camper is ready for adventure and priced to sell! Designed for the Australian Outback, this 16 footer can handle just about any terrain, while providing a surprising level of creature comfort. Sleeping accomodations include a comfortable queen size bed and a dinette table that easily converts into a small extra bed. Two 20-lb propane tanks fuel the furnace, hot water heater and a 3-burner stove top. The overhead air conditioner can run on either shore power or a generator. When off-grid, everything else (refrigerator, water pump, lights, outdoor awning, outlets, etc.) is powered by a 200 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery charged by four large solar panels attached to the roof. The camper also features a slide-out stainless steel propane cooktop and sink, as well as a tent-like annex with an enclosed roof, walls and floor.

Unlike many campers this size, it offers a private bathroom suite with a sink, a shower and a casette toilet with a push-button flush. In lieu of a large black water tank, there is a smaller 5 gallon tank that is easily removed for disposal. When camping off-grid, water is supplied from two 20 gallon fresh water tanks. There is also a 20 gallon gray water tank that collects water from the sinks and shower. To allow for cold weather camping, water lines are insulated and both fresh water tanks are equipped with electric heating pads.

Built for off-road exploring, the trailer is equipped with heavy duty shocks, independent coil spring suspension, a 5 x 2 steel frame, 16 x 7.5 aluminum alloy wheels, 265/75R16 Goodride MT tires, 12 electromagnetic brakes, and an articulating Cruisemaster DO35 hitch. For safer towing the trailer features Trail-Assure BG-5000 electronic stability control with asymmetric braking.
