Purchased new, custom order in 2022. Intended for from the start for full conversion into camper van. Have worked on it slowly since taking delivery, adding more capability each year. Has been supporting extended weekend camping for two years now, and last year I made my first multi-week cross-country trip with it in the early spring. Stayed warm, cozy, and self-sufficient the entire two weeks.

Flooring - DONE.
Ventilation - DONE. (2 max-air fans)
Heating - DONE (Gasoline fired heater)
Insulation - 90% DONE. 3M Insulate
Swivel seats - DONE
Roof Rack - DONE
Side Step - DONE
Awning - DONE.

Electrical - Bare bones temporary runs. Not started permanent install yet. I've been running the van for years on an EcoFlow battery unit and it works great.

Cabinetry - Not done.
Plumbing - Not done, but I do have the water tanks.

Along with the water tanks, I'll include the Laveno flushless toilet, Dometic CFX3 75DZ powered cooler/freezer, window covers, mattress, shore power cable, and other misc. van items I have.

My camping needs have changed, and a van is no longer suitable for me, despite how much pleasure I was getting from building this out.

Van runs great. It does have a crack in the windshield, however.

The van alone is ~$30k blue book value. My price includes all of the upgrades / accessories at a steeply discounted cost.
