Power awning with LED lights. Sleeper sofa with two attachable swivel tables. Storage in pantry, closet, and above sink counter, sofa, and queen bed. Outside storage in large slide out drawer. Solar panel on roof plus side plug to add on an additional solar panel. Propane tank for gas if needed (never used!). Bathroom with full shower. Outside shower hook-up also. Large refrigerator with freezer. Television, radio, and detachable blue-tooth speaker. Bracket outside to mount a TV. Includes all equipment we used such as anti-sway hitch, water hose, power cord, extra marine battery etc. Bike rack for 2 bikes. Fitted ADCO cover. Has nearly all options available at time of purchase ($10,000+). Just put $4,444 into new microwave (original rarely used but stopped working), new air conditioner on roof (old one worked fine but birds damaged the foam insulator inside the cover), and maintenance including resealing all areas that needed it.
