2018 Keystone Avalanche 395BH - 38 ft Fifth Wheel - 2 Bath - Bunkhouse - Loft - $36,900

For sale is my 2018 Keystone Avalanche 395BH fifth wheel. This is a clean, spacious 38-foot camper in good to great condition with a killer family-friendly layout and no known issues. Clean title in hand.

What makes this one stand out is the floorplan. It has a large main living area with opposing slides, a kitchen island, residential-style refrigerator, fireplace, great cabinet storage, and a clean, open feel that does not feel cramped. The rear bunkrooms gives you a lot of flexibility for kids, guests, or extra storage, and it also has the loft above for even more sleeping space. It also has a 2 bath setup, which is a huge plus when you have multiple people using it.

The master bedroom is private and roomy, with solid storage and a clean layout. Overall, this camper feels comfortable, practical, and well thought out.

I am also including the Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel Hitch shown in the photos, which is a nice bonus and makes for a lighter, cleaner towing setup.

This camper has been a good one for me. It presents well, has a sharp exterior, and the interior has the warm wood look that still feels high-end without being overdone. The only reason I am selling it is because I cannot justify keeping everything.

If you have been looking for a clean used fifth wheel with the right layout, this is a strong option. It is a lot of camper for the money and is ready for its next owner.
