The tires were replaced last fall and the brake system is upgraded to hydraulic disc brakes. The roof and AC units were replaced in 2023.

The interior is like new with many upgrades. It is equipped matching Lazy-Boy leather recliners and Lazy-Boy queen hide-away bed with memory foam mattress. The main bed is queen size with memory foam mattress as well. The interior has like-new smell: no pets, smoking, or shoes inside. Although equipped with propane stove and oven, electric was used for cooking.
