-Ten years old and only 60,000 miles.

-Over the last 8 years, less than 10,000 miles have been added.
-But what hasn't been added in 5 years... is poop, resulting in as clean of a blackwater tank as you can get for a ten-year-old rig.
-No undercarriage rust!!! She has never driven on salted roads!
-No dents, no body damage.
-Well-maintained engine. No breakdowns or issues ever.
-All kitchen and bathroom equipment works great.
-All interior materials are in great condition - No stains, tears, or rips in beds, booth, or couch. CLEAN!!
-Previous owner was a Navy officer who took excellent care of it as well.
-Exterior Bluetooth speaker and light.
-Back up camera works.
-Generator and aux battery work like a charm.

-Water heater, water pump all work perfectly.

-Heat and a/c work perfectly.

-Microwave, oven and stove have barely been used.

-Was properly winterized every winter.

-Got a tune up every year.
-Only "issues" - cd player touch screen doesn't work, there is average wear on cab seats, the awning needs a good scrubbing, and it will need an oil change.

-Brand new battery!

She is literally good to go... anywhere... as soon as you are!!!

I cannot stress enough how dependable and beautifully practical this rig is. She has been loved and taken care of.

I would not be selling it if I didn't need to. Divorce, am I right???

(The title is still held by the lender bank (BECU) so the balance owed, about 19k, would be paid to the bank and the difference, about 3k paid to the seller. The title will be mailed to the buyer from BECU. A bill of sale and an odometer disclosure statement will be given to the buyer so they can get a new title and registration under their name from their DMV.)
