2016 Scamp 16' deluxe camping trailer. Major feature includes 4" lift kit and 14" wheels and tires for better highway travel. Another major feature is the wood finish interior. Front dinette/bed, rear dinette/bed, bathroom. Includes following factory installations: furnace, microwave, water heater, flush toilet, shower, sink, stove, refrigerator, roof fan, awning. I added window ac, tv, electric jack, exterior led lights. Everything works per following notes: Only used refrigerator and water heater on electric and never tried gas. Refrigerator works but requires camper to be level. Most years camper stored inside when not in use. The big positive for this camper is not leaking like a conventional camper. The negative design flaw is the shape of the door. It can open underway. The internet shows different ways owners have dealt with this. The door did open on me so I added a dog collar.
