This model did not include air conditioning so we had the dealership to install a 13,500 BTU Coleman non-ducted AC for $2800. In addition we purchased and installed a 9 ft Dometic trim line awning on Aug 2, 2025 for $600.

Also included with this sale are a portable RV toilet, an 8x10 outdoor rug with strip lights (see photo), an inside rug, a pop up tent for an outside toilet area, a waterproof cover for storing the unit outside, and (1) battery.

We are selling this sweet little camper due to age and illness. It is in perfect condition as it was used only (4) nights. We purchased the OTG July 2025 and have stored it inside with the cover over it since that time. We paid $10,470 and added approximately $4000 in amenities. Asking $12,600.
