Our 2025 Forest River Flagstaff Off the Ground F171OTG is a pop-up camper that comfortably sleeps 3-4 people. We purchased the OTG in July of 2025 and used it only (4) nights. We are selling it due to poor health and advanced age. 

The exterior of the camper has a sleek and modern design that is both sturdy and functional. The pop-up roof provides extra headroom and living space, allowing you to move around freely inside the camper.

The inside living space is cozy and roomy with a comfortable dinette that easily converts to a bed, and a queen-size bed with under-bed storage.  The camper will sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 small children.

There are no fold in tent beds as the queen size bed and dinette are part of the floor plan! There are electrical outlets, ceiling lights and a USB port for charging devices.  There is no stove, no bathroom, no water or holding tanks.

The sale includes a 30 amp plug and cord, a built-in cord and plug for the roof-mounted AC unit, a portable toilet with pop up tent for outside bathroom, an 8’x10’ awning mat with LED light strip, an indoor runner/rug, (1) battery with cover, and a heavy duty waterproof cover for storing the unit outside.

The interior has ample storage under the dinette seats and under the queen bed, and includes a built in cabinet with additional storage.

The Flagstaff OTG is easy to set up and navigate and, with its’ compact size and lightweight construction, it is very easy to tow. Sellers pulled the OTG with a 4-cylinder Jeep Renegade with absolutely no issues. Please search You-Tube for videos on easy set up.
 
The OTG does what it says, gets campers “off the ground,” yet maintains the outdoorsy feel of tent camping. All four sides open up to allow a wonderful cross breeze for a pleasant night’s sleep; while allowing campers to experience the  outside sounds. Sturdy zippered vinyl window openings and sliding drapes add privacy and security from outside critters.

The OTG model did not include air conditioning, so we had the dealership install a 13,500 BTU Coleman non-ducted AC for $2800. In addition we installed a 9 ft Dometic trim line awning for $600.

We are selling this sweet little camper due to age and illness. It is in perfect condition as it was used only (4) nights. We purchased the OTG in July 2025 and have stored it inside with the cover over it since that time.

We paid $10,470 and added $4000+ in amenities.  Original asking price was $12,800. Seller has all receipts.
