Last inspection was performed in early January of this year. Recommendation to power wash roof for general maintenance. This was completed. Broken string on shade above sink- shade still functions in the closed and the open position. Metal frame for exterior step slightly bent- step does not come out all the way - electronic components still functional.
Queen-size bed and bedding pictured in master bedroom belongs to owner. The original Queen-size mattress and bedding, which owner has never used, will be provided as part of the sale of the motorhome.

All new tires put on between 23,000 and 24,000, mi. New backup touchscreen monitor installed June 2025. Clean title. I am the second owner - original owner was an elderly couple. I am a nurse who has been traveling and am looking to settle down and I'm unable to store this motorhome - this is the only reason I am selling.
