RV Description
Well taken care of and in excellent condition. We are the second owner and have put about 10,000 miles on the RV over the last five years. Everything works as it should and it has average wear and tear for its age and mileage. The roof is in excellent shape with no leaks and the RV is always stored under a pole barn when it is not out on an adventure. If you would like the specifics google "Winnebago 31H".
It comfortably sleeps 8 guests, has a fully equipped kitchen, two slide-outs, entertainment center, private bathroom, generous storage inside and out, and is built on the reliable Ford E450 Chassis with a Triton V10 Engine. There is some light surface damage on the cabinetry below the refrigerator from a bag of ice that was left to melt in the freezer when the power was turned off. The slide topper awning on the passenger side sometimes doesn't wind all the way up but is easily tightened by hand if necessary. These are the only two known issues with this coach. This is an amazing deal! We are selling to downsize to a bumper pull camper.
