Meet Betty, one of only 1,941 ever made, finished in the original Seafoam Green. The 2015 Shasta Airflyte Reissue is a faithful recreation of the iconic 1961 original, built by Shasta to celebrate their 75th anniversary.

We've taken Betty on about a dozen camping trips with our kids and dog and she's been wonderful but after adopting a couple of large dogs, we know she deserves a gentler next chapter.

Inside the 19-ft. model, a convertible dinette sleeps two adults, an L-shaped rear area sleeps two kids (converts to a single), and a small top bunk handles the little ones comfortably sleeps 4 to 5.

It also features a kitchenette with a stove, sink, microwave, vent hood, and refrigerator, plus a compact bathroom with a toilet and shower. The birch wood cabinets, checkered flooring, and retro curtains match the exterior charm. A full-height storage cabinet handles pantry duty plus camping essentials.

Storage is a genuine strong suit interior cabinets, under-bench compartments, and a lockable exterior bay mean you won't be leaving anything behind.

Tows easily behind most mid-size SUVs -- we used a 4Runner. Both we and the previous owner kept up with regular maintenance, and recent updates include new exterior seals and shower hardware. All accessories shown or listed are included.

The previous owner -- a classic car restorer -- named her Betty, and the name stuck. We're sad to see her go, but we know she has many great trips ahead.
