This 2012 trailer is relatively low cost at $7,500, small with a 22 ft cabin, and light with a base weight of 3758 lbs, yet has the features of larger RVs: 3 hanging closets, a large bathroom with sink, medicine cabin, and mirror, a real, queen sized mattress, a dinette table that serves as another bed, a 4 cu ft refrig with large freezer, 2 kitchen sinks, 28 gal fresh, 34 grey, and 32 black water tanks, 2 propane tanks, 2 batteries, a radio, CD player, and TV, 3 burner stove and microwave, a 12 ft electric awning, 13.5k BTUs AC, gas furnace, electric tongue jack, and adequate storage for food, kitchen items, and camping equipment. I added all LED interior lights and a light directly over the bathroom mirror. Everything works. It comes with a propane grill, ground cover, matching chair and lounge, and load stabilizer trailer hitch. The trailer has always been covered and stored on pavement. Trailer tires bought in March, 2019. Wheel bearings replaced April, 2021. I am selling because it requires more stamina than I have now.
