RECENT PROFESSIONAL HYDRAULIC SLIDE SERVICE
Both hydraulic slide rams were replaced with OEM Grand Design parts by a professional RV technician. The hydraulic system was fully tested, and service documentation is available.
A transferable Good Sam Extended Service Plan may be available to the next owner, subject to Good Sams transfer process.
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE POWER AWNING
The power awning is not currently operating. I recently discovered this while preparing the RV for sale. A previous repair estimate was $1,333.53. The repair has not been completed.
CONDITION & MAINTENANCE
The interior and exterior are clean and well cared for. Major RV systems are functioning properly, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, leveling system, roof, and appliances. No known water intrusion.
The theater seating has cosmetic wear from use, including peeling on one seat, but both seats are fully functional.
There is a small cosmetic dent on one rear corner from a 2022 parking incident. Cosmetic only; it does not affect operation.
LOW TOW MILEAGE
Estimated towing mileage is under 5,000 miles. The RV has been moved only a few times, primarily for short relocations within Florida.
