This van is high roof- 6 cyl Diesel, RWD. It has approx 81k miles. Available with 19K miles or until September of 2026 Mercedes warranty. All maintenance done at the MB, and all paperwork is available. It runs great, and I will miss it SO Much!

Window package (fixed windows all around)
The van is not finished inside. I have the water tanks (clean, and gray) placed on the van, but they are not connected. There is also a pump/accumulator available, and Pex-A tubing with manual tool expander for the install.

M/S tires with full spare mounted on driver side rear door.
2 -210 watts of solar panels on roof (420 total) 500 amp hr Battleborn battery bank with 3k inverter charger, and shorepower outlet (needs quick install.)

Maxx Air fan w/remote (there is damage from water leak on the shiplap ceiling by the fan. Leak repaired, but damage seen.)

Passenger swivel, and front window/windshield covers from The Wonderful. Insulated with Havelock wool all around. Courtains for some windows (as seen on the pictures.) 9 puck lights, Chinese diesel heater that has never failed. Cooler style freezer/fridge that has always been plugged to the van, and works very well. Microwave 700 watts - One burner movable stove (propane/butane, or induction. You choose.)

The sink has a foot pump fed by 5 gal. tank, and 2 - 3 gal waste. Swivel table mount available. Rodent treatment installed, and has worked for over one year.

Composting toilet (used)

All of the following will be provided, but needs installation:
-Clean water tank
-Grey Water tank (under van)
-DC to DC charger
-Water pump

I never got to finish the build the way I envisioned it due to lack of time. I have lived in this van 4 years and loved it, but working full time is not possible living in it anymore, therefore; I have to sell it. With that said; PLS. ONLY SERIUS BUYERS as I am very busy.
