Clean & Easy-to-Tow 33' Fifth Wheel Perfect for Families

This compact 33' fifth wheel is easy to tow and easy to store, with a surprisingly small footprint for its sizeperfect for parking next to your home or in your yard. The family-friendly floor plan is ideal for traveling with kids and comes packed with thoughtful features designed for comfort and convenience.

We are non-smokers and do not wear shoes inside, and the fifth wheel has been well cared for and gently used. It has always been professionally winterized and covered during the fall and winter, with regular maintenance kept up throughout ownership. We recently installed brand-new tires and striped/re-sealed all the silicone caulking at all the seams (professionally by a RV Tech).

We are not full-time RVers and have only used this fifth wheel recreationally during the Spring and Summer seasons, resulting in minimal overall use. The majority of our camping trips have been within Washington State.

We are selling because our kids are grown, and our son will be heading off to college next year. As we downsize our lifestyle, we would love to see this fifth wheel go to another family who can enjoy it and create lasting memories, just as we have.
