Camper History/Maintenance
This unit was used for a single camper for approximately 3 events/year. Its made a total of 12 trips and is always stored indoors when not in use. There is no discoloration/staining on the outside fiberglass surface, no water damage or delamination. The camper was washed and quick waxed after every trip. Custom modifications were made to the inside to open the living area and improve accessibility. Several improvements were made beneath the chassis to include removal of the coroplast to allow access for the following: replacement of all water lines to exact length PEX with durable, improved fittings and connectors, installation of an additional fresh water tank to increase capacity by adding 26 gallons, rerouting of all electrical lines to include installation of grommets and proper tie downs to protect the wiring, replacement of flex ducting for the furnace to exact length necessary and to remove excess allowed from the factory, installation of additional supports for the fresh water tank to allow travel with a full tank, placement of all valves for overflow and draining of the system to a allow easy access from the side of the unit.
Additional improvements include: digital key door lock with remote, new Goodyear tires, mounting of a rear containment box to house a generator with an additional box for fuel and related supplies, replacement of awning lower supports to steel square tubing for added strength and rigidity, ceramic coating on front to facilitate cleaning and bug removal, added connection for DC to operate TV, additional USB ports for charging of electronic devices, upgraded shower head/removable cleaning wand, installation of roof top fan covers to allow operation during travel or rain, installation of 2 lithium batteries to prolong operation of refrigerator, TV, water, hot water and lighting for boondocking without necessity for generator. The unit is extremely clean and is well maintained.
