Were selling our Cedar Creek Hathaway 36CKTS fifth wheel. It has been a great RV for us and has been kept very clean and well maintained. Its a very comfortable and spacious unit that works great for traveling or longer stays.
Several upgrades have been made, including a dual-head mini-split AC system, which both cools and heats the RV very efficiently. The two original rooftop AC units are still installed. Additional upgrades include a tankless hot water heater, upgraded furniture and new light fixtures. The layout is very open and roomy, and the shower is large compared to most RVs.
