This 2021 Coachmen Brookstone BKF344FL is a luxurious fifth wheel with 5 slides, that hauls incredibly well and is exceptionally lightweight for its size. We planned to make this our long-term vacation retirement home away from home; however, due to health issues, we will not be able to make this dream come true. We had only used this fifth wheel 4 times for short camping trips. Prior to buying, we searched for over a year considering many fifth wheels, including Montana's, VanLeigh's, Grand Design's, Jayco's, Alliance's and numerous others. None of these checked as many boxes as this treasure. While there are many standard features, some unique features include 21 windows, providing exceptional cross ventilation, with some that slide open and some standard privacy windows that open with the turn of a knob. The master bathroom is huge with his/her sinks as well as large shower (50" walkin with glass doors) and porcelain toilet with ample surrounding space (no need to squeeze your butt into a corner). With shade from 2 awnings, we were able to enjoy outdoor lounging and dining on rainy days and hot sunny days. All cabinetry is made of quality solid wood (no particle or composite woods). Power Package 6pt auto level, backup camera prep, solar panel prep, WIFI prep, dual AC Package, gas furnace, and 10 gallon gas/electric water heater. Freshwater tanks never used. The 344FL model offers a unique layout with a front living area that includes 2 loveseats (with sleeping foldouts), 2 recliners (including heat/massage/lighting), 55" TV, and cozy fireplace. The Residential Living Package includes a kitchen equipped with 14.7 cu ft Samsung stainless steel fridge, 21" range with glass cover, ample storage space throughout, and spacious dining area. The master bedroom features a king size bed with under bed storage and mirrored closets. Washer/dryer hookups in large closet and upgraded external sanitation valves. A bonus half bath was used only as a pantry, toilet never used. This fifth wheel has many potential uses including RV living on the road, glamping, upscale RV Park lifestyle, weekend retreat, or a contingency living plan in the event of disaster or hurricane preparedness. More efficiently spacious than a tiny home and is ready to go. If I were in the market for a Tiny Home, this would be my choice. Please explore the numerous photos and video provided.
