This 2018 Forest River R-Pod 180 is in great shape, easy to use and camping ready! We've loved traveling with this well-equipped travel trailer, but buying a Class B and need room in the driveway. This model is Forest River's 10th anniversary R-Pod model. It has one slide-out, a very large awning, an outdoor shower, outdoor lighting and speaker system, like new tires with covers. In addition, there are heavy duty towing stabilizers and a bike rack. Along with the standard appliances, a smart tv, a dvd player, and a portable ice maker are included inside. We're also including basic tools you'll use to set up and service the camper. No need to bring your tool box! The A/C works perfectly and the large bathroom is definitely a plus. We love the shower stall. There's enough room inside that my husband pulls our zero gravity chair inside and uses it like a recliner to watch TV while I lounge on the comfy queen bed.

We've mainly used this camper locally, putting very few miles on it in 3 years. We are only the second owner. Within the last 2 months, we've had the roof and slide-out resealed and all appliances checked and serviced. There is a carbon dioxide/gas alarm that is outdated. We are in the process of replacing. Other than some normal wear on the dinette seat covers, as seen in the picture, there is no visible damage inside this camper. We are non-smokers and no pets have traveled with us. The exterior has been well maintained and kept either in a garage or driveway. It has never been rented.

The camper is literally ready to pull out of our driveway and straight to a campsite. It's perfect for first time RVers!!! It's outfitted with just about everything you'd need to enjoy it! We've estimated the "extras" would cost roughly $1000 to purchase separately. With this being a sought after make and model AND with all the extras included, the price is firm.
