Enjoy spending time away from home in this 46 foot, 2017 Landmark 365 fifth wheel Newport model by Heartland RV. This unit offers one and a half baths, a convenient kitchen island, a rear living layout, and a front bath that is very spacious.

Head inside and notice the convenient half bath straight ahead with toilet, a vanity with sink, and floor to ceiling linen cabinets.

To the left of the entry door find a dinette for two. Theres also a 55 Smart TV and lots of storage behind the TV with a built in safe. Across from the TV is a love seat and in the back under the bay windows is a couch with side end tables with storage underneath.
Also a new electric fireplace that provides plenty of heat.

Next to the entertainment center in the slide out opposite find lots of counter space, an induction stove top and double door residential refrigerator. There is an island with plenty of counter space, plus a large sink making prep work and cleaning up easy. Has under the sink dishwasher.

Head up the steps to the right of the entry door and find lots of storage cabinets for all of your things. A sliding door creates a private retreat in front. There are drawers beneath the foot of the bed to help keep things stowed away and organized. There is also a seat under the window with storage underneath.

Another sliding door leads directly into the front spacious master bath which features a toilet, large counter area with sink and overhead storage, a shower with seat, wardrobe, and a full front closet with sliding doors for clothing and storage, plus so much more. There is also a washer and dryer hook up.
