Selling my 2007 Coach House Platinum 232XL motorhome, affectionately named Seymour. This RV has been a wonderful travel companion and has taken me on some great adventures, but Im not using him as much as I hoped and he spends too much time sitting in my driveway. Id love to see him go to someone who will enjoy traveling in him as much as I have.

Coach House motorhomes are known for their high-quality construction and one-piece fiberglass body, which helps reduce seams and potential leak points compared to many traditional RVs. The 232XL is a very desirable floorplan with two slide-outs that make the interior feel spacious while still being easy to drive and park at just 23 feet long.

Condition
This RV has been well loved and shows normal wear for its age and mileage. A couple items to note for transparency:
The air-ride suspension does not appear to currently be functioning.
The automatic levelers are installed but I have not used them much, so I cant speak to their current operation.

Overall it has been a solid and enjoyable RV to own.

Title / Loan
There is currently a loan on the vehicle, so the title is held by the lender and will be released when the loan is paid off at the time of sale. Im happy to work with the buyer and lender to complete the transaction smoothly.
