Up for sale is a 2005 Tiffin Allegro Open Road M-31DA on a Workhorse Chassis and powered by a 8.1 liter V8 Chevy Vortec gasolene engine with 31K miles. Tiffin is a high-quality coach builder, you wont be disappointed.

Our kids are grown so we dont need as big a vehicle any longer, we are the third owner and have had the vehicle since 2014. Great floor plan with tub-shower combo separate from the bathroom sink and toilet room.

Has a great built in Onan Generator 420 hours - wonderful for dry camping and powers both AC units at the same time.

It has been a great vacation vehicle for our annual dry camping trip to Burney Falls, built in generator is fantastic as it draws fuel from the main vehicle tank, so you dont need to bring extra gas cans.

Back Ladder is Broken
Roof leak happened over winter of 2023, hence the roof resealing July 2024. There was some damage to the overhead cabinets bottom shelves where the water rested but nothing visible on the roof headliner.

Blackout Window Shade over Couch has a broken pin so that has been removed but the daytime dark shade works fine.

Has a front bra cover that was on for years. I noticed that the seams were pulling apart in one area so removed the bra and realized that the invisible bra on the front has cracked and deteriorated over the years.

With a 20-year-old vehicle there will be some cosmetic things.

Vehicle is really in nice shape; JD Power has a low book value of $24,730 and high book value of $29,825.

Asking $24,000 considering the above disclaimers. Will entertain reasonable offers.

Comes with an RV cover, tailgater satellite dish, has DVD player and the front stereo connects to speakers in the back bedroom.
