Our Pinnacle is one of the nicest used RV'S you will find for sale anywhere. It has very low miles and has been covered since day one. I could almost park it on a new RV lot and you would have a problem knowing it was used already. We keep it maintained at all times.

We live in Katy , Texas and we are selling it because we recently purchased a motorhome.

The rear AC was replaced about 1 year ago.

We also added CERAMIC WINDOW TINT at the cost of 2200 dollars 2 years ago.

Everything on this RV works exactly as it should and I'm more than happy to spend the time necessary to show you things. You don't get that walk through at dealers.

The tires are currently original and reflect the approximate 10K miles on them. I will replace them or allow enough for a buyer to buy new ones.

The KING MATTRESS was custom made by Texas Mattress Makers here in Katy for 1200 dollars and is new.

I have septic drainage tubes and a water hose for this unit so your ready to camp.
