RV Description
A one of a kind 2018 Forest River Georgetown xl! This coach with only 19,500 miles has been well taken care of. It has gone through a total upgrade journey from its new fiberglass roof, to its new (6) TOYA tires that only have 5,000 miles on tem. It underwent a full suspension upgrade at the SAFE-T-PLUS factory in Talapoosa, Georgia factory and handles quite well. It received a new 10 gallon Suburban hot water heater in 2025. The cheap looking peeling genuine imitation leather couch and chair have been replaced with a custom couch and Euro chair by Thomas Payne. The peeling dinette benches were replaced with four fabric high-back chairs. This Georgetown includes 3 TVs and 2 Dish network receivers, and a fireplace that keeps it toasty in cooler weather, saving propane.
