For sale a 2018 Keystone Cougar Lite 33SAB. This camper is in excellent condition. Purchased it in May of 2021 the original owner used it twelve days prior to our purchase. We live in Wisconsin and each winter we take it to Arizona for three months each which accounts for about 14,000 miles of use.

It has a four-year Extended Warranty with two years left that can be transferred to a new owner for $100 to cover future maintenance issues it expires June of 2028.

It has three slide outs which provides for lots of room and in addition to the standard features, it has an auto leveling system (which is wonderful) , two full size refrigerators that run off gas and electric. It has two air conditioners. To assure that the frame was strong On November 11, 2021 I had Lippert install a frame kit above the two wheels to provide added strength to the frame. In 2025 I had tire ware on all four tires and I submitted a claim under the warranty and they determined that the existing frame was out of alignment so in March of 2026 both axels and the four springs were replaced under the extended warranty. I also purchase four new Goodyear Endurance tires and put them on the trailer in June of 2025. The table and four chairs have been replaced with two recliner chairs. The new owner will need to purchase a king size matteress for the bed.

The camper has had an annual inspection each year and every February it has been washed and waxed while in Arizona.

It comes with and E2 Equalizer hitch and all the septic hose equipment, water hoses and seventy-five feet of electoral cords and surge protectors.
