Everything is in good working condition. Rig is presently parked at Duncan Bridge RV Retreat on beautiful Smith Lake in Arley Al. It is on a concrete pad with plenty of patio room. Room for boat and/or Seadoo. Has metal canopy covering the 5th wheel. Has view of the lake and your mere steps from the water. You can move right in with very reasonable rent approximately $350 after 6 months with water sewage and garbage included. But if you wish to move it can be moved and is road ready.
