Up for sale is a 2004 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37A with a Workhorse Custom Chassis and 59,600 miles on the odometer. The Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37A is a luxurious Class A motorhome that offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience for your next road trip adventure. This RV has many extras including an 8100 Vortec engine, multiple slides and awnings, self leveling, 2 slides, tow bar connector, satellite connection, Owen generator, dual roof mounted ducted air conditioner, great tires, tons of exterior storage and many other exterior features. The exterior of the RV is in excellent condition for its age.

The Pace Arrow has a very spacious interior layout, which includes a well-equipped kitchen, and an expanded comfortable living area. The living room/dining room have a full wall slide that adds to the spaciousness. The dining room offers booth seating and the kitchen has a French door double refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven and sink. Down the hallway is a large closet, washer/dryer combination and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom is not a wet bath - instead there is a generous enclosed shower. There is a queen size bedroom with ample storage, à desk and a slide to expand the room. A TV hookup is in the bedroom and can be added. A large TV is already hooked up in the living room area. The 37A trim level offers plenty of space for the whole family, with room to sleep up to six people comfortably. The interior is upgraded with leatherette in the living and dining room and engineered hardwood floors throughout.

We purchased this RV with the intention of traveling but after driving it less than 100 miles we knew that this was too big for us. The RV drove fine but needs to be checked out to ensure all systems are good! Price reflects a discount for any repairs you may need to make. We have all paperwork.
