A great mechanically sound RV for someone looking for a large RV at a VERY affordable price and is willing to fix the items below. This is the full list I am aware of. I've been asked if I would sell the motor and transmission as people seem to want these models but I am selling the whole RV you can do what you want if you buy it.

Needs a new microwave (I should have had it repaired but trashed it ugh!)
Needs wiper blades
Side window my nephew broke playing outside recently (I will have fixed in next few days)
Needs a new kitchen sink installed it works but sprays weird (New sink already bought in box included)
Needs weather stripping around windshield I have pushed back in several times but should be replaced. Not leaking currently.
Passenger window likely need new weatherstripping soon
Needs new awnings they work but in rough shape I replaced them about 10 years ago
Turn signal fuse keeps blowing (I read it needs a new turn signal lever and I have a brand new one ready to be installed)
some hydraulic shocks for underneath bins worn out and need replaced. (I have 2 new ones you can install)
Underneath springs that help pull up hydraulic levelers 1 is broke and needs to be replaced (I'd replace all while at it)
