The interior of this vintage Airstream trailer has been completely rebuilt to include cedar plank design features, a brand-new mattress, custom created sofa bed cushions, new vinyl flooring, and custom-built wood cabinetry. Approximately 75 % of the subfloor has been replaced, with other additions such as a 20-gallon grey tank, upgraded composting toilet plumbed for liquids, all new PEX and drain plumbing throughout, and a new water pump and accumulator tank. The black tank was also replaced and joined with the grey tank to create a larger storage tank. The bathroom highlights a new walk-in shower with a new, on-demand water heater, with a new, modern bathroom sink and faucet. For temperature control, a brand-new catalytic radiant heat system on a swivel mount was installed, as well as a 15,000 BTU rooftop air conditioning unit and two new Fantastic Fans. Multiple USB outlets added for charging electronics.
The kitchen features solid maple countertops complete with a bar area, a new kitchen sink, a new 12V refrigerator, a new gas stovetop and vent hood. The trailer also comes with a new converter and fuse panel, a 100-amp lithium battery, water monitoring systems, and a built-in inverter for 120V power off grid. Tons of extra storage with soft-close cabinet latches throughout ensures your belongings are secure on long road trips. The exterior upgrades include 2 new, 7-gallon aluminum propane tanks, new LED signal and marker lights, and a new LED over door light. Elastomeric roof coating. Sale will include 4 aluminum mag wheels from a late 70s Airstream, however the tires will need to be replaced. There are only a few small items that need to be completed, but otherwise, this Airstream is ready for new adventures!
