Our 2021 travel trailer has been well maintained. It was used for two trips during COVID. We used it to travel to California to see our son in 2021, and in 2022 we used it for a weekend trip to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Since then, we have kept it covered in storage. In 2021 before our trip to California we installed the Lippert Components Tire LINC Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitoring System for RVs (TPMS) with Tire Sensors and Repeater, added the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System with 7-Inch Monitor, put a memory foam mattress pad on the bed, replaced the entry door with a RV Lock Keyless lock and storage door locks with RV Lock Keyed locks, and installed improved fan ventilation at the backside of the refrigerator. After our California trip we upgraded the suspension with the Dexter K71-653-00 Complete Suspension Kit with wet bolts, used EternaBond tape over all the TPO roof seams with Dicor caulk along the edges of the tape to eliminate the issues of weather damage to the caulking on the roof seams, installed a Valterra RV EZ Sewer Hose Carrier with Lockable Door Cap for easy storage of the sewer hoses, and replaced the bathroom ceiling fan with the MAXXAIR Deluxe Vent, Fan and Vent Cover All in One. During winter storage the water system was blown out with 40 PSI of compressed air then, then drinking water safe antifreeze was pumped through the system. We have also used desiccant packs during storage to ensure no issues with humidity inside the trailer during storage. There are lots of other extras that will go with this trailer.
