Like new condition. 3 tv's inside, 1 tv outside. We have added plexiglass on both screen doors that we leave the main doors open all the time. Onan generator that has been used only one time with onboard gas tank with a nozzle to fuel atv's, motorcycles etc. We removed the kitchen table and chairs and added two recliners with a table in the middle. The garage has a queen bed. Stackable washer and dryer with a half bath. The love seat has a tear in in as you can see in the photos. Also, we have new indoor shades in boxes for all windows. Central vacuum system.
Never smoked in. We do have dogs but this unit is cleaned every weekend when we go home. Has the arctic package which has the insulation under the unit. Three ac units with the center main unit has a heat pump. Gas heat primarily
