No lien on item, title in hand, and price is negotiable. 2018 Rockwood Signature Ultralite Travel Trailer. ~8,100 lb dry weight. 90 gal gray tank, 45 gal black tank, 43 gal fresh tank, and 6 gal hot water tank. ~36 ft in length. Model includes 2 slide outs, 2 AC units, automatic leveling jacks, 1 king bed, two wall-mounted TVs, 2 x 30 lb propane tanks, tank heating pads, multiple storage compartments, new shower head, 21 power awning, factory inside/outside speakers & LED lights, 22 cubic ft. residential refrigerator with French doors, electric fireplace heater, and more.

Accessories included with camper: vent insulators, 4 thick mattress topper, extra hose fittings, 2 black tank drain hoses, 27 CAMCO heated water hose, Evoflex water hose, spare on-board water filter, and 50 amp power harness. Manuals are included for all equipment (fridge, AC unit, converter, etc). Water heater tank anode rod replaced around a year ago.

Purchased used in 2023 and used intermittently for over a year. Camper has been used in all seasons without issue and has been winterized while not in use. Unit exterior has also been washed in between seasons. Camper has been stored on private property and the exterior has been cleaned. Only known issue is that the stove burner ignition switch does not work (although oven pilot light does).
